The village is large and very well developed with shops, restaurants, regular bus transport to nearby towns and a trout farm where you can get fresh trout for your table. Veliko Tarnovo is about 30 km away, Pavlikeni is 15 km away, and the main road E 772 (from Sofia to Varna) is less than 10 km away. The Pre-Balkan begins from the village. The relief is very diverse, interesting, with many karst formations, such as a cave and the spring next to it.
