Description
The property has been freshly decorated, including all woodwork in recent months (what a fiddley job!) and the owners have upgraded the central heating and hot water system too.
The garage has been neatly converted and is used as a gym. The owners tell us it would be easy to return it to a garage if you so wished. It's a great room and could be used for so many purposes; a playroom, cinema room or home office, just to name a few! There's a handy w.c. just across the hall.
The master bedroom can easily accommodate a king size bed and wardrobes and has an en-suite with bath and separate shower cubicle.
The top floor of the property provides a great space for an older child, with an area for a double bed and another for a study / lounge as well as their own en-suite too.
The other three spacious bedrooms face the back of the property and have super views across the valley. All three have had new carpets this year.
There's plenty of space in the kitchen, with a breakfast bar and room for a table too. The oven, hob and extractor are integrated and there's space for you to pop in a dishwasher.
The dining room is very spacious and will fit a large table so perfect for big family gatherings. It's across the hall from the kitchen, so easy to manoeuvre the feast from here to your hungry guests!
As well as the two en-suites and separate w.c. there's also a shower room with a corner cubicle of a decent size.
The lounge is so spacious and has the most fantastic views across the valley, the owners have shown us lovely photos of sunsets and firework displays that they've enjoyed watching from here over the years. At one end of the lounge is a huge picture window where you can really take in the views, and at the other end French doors lead to the garden.
Under the lounge are two spacious storage areas - one is currently used as a utility room and the other to store the bits and bobs you would normally curse dragging through a tiny loft hatch.
Outside to the front of the property is a driveway and large flowerbed which provides privacy to the rooms facing the pavement.
There's a large level patio garden to the rear with lots of space for entertaining, a shed, barbeque etc.
Below the patio garden is a large area of extra garden, it's on quite a slope and could provide a project for someone if they wished.
