To complete the internal accommodation is the large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen overlooking the back garden. The kitchen has a range of modern wall and base units and all the integrated appliances you would expect. A breakfast bar is in the middle of the room and double doors lead off from the dining area. There is also a log burner in the lounge.

To the outside, the front is mainly laid to block paving providing off road parking for two to three vehicles depending on size. Immediately adjacent to the rear of the house is a wooden decked area, with the remainder mainly laid to lawn and a garden shed at the very rear. The garden faces a sunny southerly aspect.
