Our clients bought this property four years ago, they have always had dogs so the beautiful countryside on the doorstep meant there’s a fantastic choice of walks and a variety of places to take them. Redmires Reservoirs which can be reached by foot via the conduit, Wyming Brook and also Spider Park is great for a game of fetch. These are all places that are popular with joggers and walkers, the park has a brilliant playground for young children. Whilst the local shops are not extensive they are fantastic for the essentials, Peak Fruits is always popular and the new Forge Bakehouse coffee shop is a welcome addition.

When they initially viewed the house they loved the size that it offered upstairs and downstairs plus the off-street parking and garage. Since living here, they have installed a new kitchen, bathroom, and double glazing and replaced the boiler. They’re now looking to relocate to the coast but have enjoyed their time here immensely.
