Situated approximately 90km south of Izmir city it is famous for its international cruise port and marina area, its choice of long sandy beaches, local historical sites such as Ephesus and Pamukkale and is just a short boat trip away from the Greek Island of Samos. Besides being very close to many historical places Kusadasi also provides a vast array of restaurants & cafes catering for both local and international cuisine, shops galore, wonderful nightlife and all the summer activities you can imagine. It is a great place to holiday or live, is very cosmopolitan and has lots to do and see, both in summer and winter which is very important when you are here all year round.

This makes Kusadasi unique among the similar resort towns in Turkey – it is a business town so is open, active and busy all year round. Also 300+ days of sunshine a year and a very reasonable cost of living are favourable factors too.
