Description

Guide price £325,000 to £350,000

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Located in the heart of the vibrant High Street, close to Upminster Station, is this two bedroom first floor apartment, with the added advantage of a mezzanine level offering third bedroom/study. Maintained to a high standard by the current vendors and benefiting from fitted kitchen with appliances, modern bathroom suite, balcony, gas central heating, double glazing and secure residents parking, together with visitors parking facilities.

WHAT THE VENDORS HAD TO SAY ABOUT THEIR PROPERTY What attracted us to the property was a combination of a few things - the flat itself was spacious with a lot of natural light coming in and we really liked the view of the Church from the windows. We also found the flat felt more unique compared to a lot of other apartments you see, especially in new builds and large complexes so it really stood out for being big with a really nice layout, especially the mezzanine space. We liked that we didn't have any neighbours above or below and it was a small collection of flats. We knew the area as well and how convenient it is.

The improvements we've made are mainly having the bathroom completely redone in 2018 as well as making the second bedroom bigger by removing the built-in wardrobe, allowing a lot more light into the space. The hallway and living area have had new carpets and wall colour and the kitchen had new flooring too. We also had a new boiler fitted in 2022.

I think what we have enjoyed the most living here is the space we have in the flat - particularly the living space and bedrooms and having an office space in the mezzanine as well. The location is perfect as we are less than 5 minute walk from the station, schools next door, the park opposite us that can lead to really nice long country walks and all of the shops on our doorstep. We can be in the City in half an hour and we're 5 minutes from the M25 so can get to so many places conveniently and easily too.
