Entering through the front door you head into the entrance hall which connects the sitting room and the kitchen. On the right hand side of the hall, there is a WC and the stairs rising to the first floor. On the left hand side a doorway leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is well-appointed with a tiled floor and plenty of units with wood-effect worktops and integral appliances including an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

A further set of stairs lead up to the top floor, where the owners have converted the loft into a double bedroom with Velux roof lights, and a built-in wardrobe.

Outside

The rear garden is laid to lawn with a stone path leading through and up to the garden shed. There is a fence adorned by a Beech hedgerow, along the left-hand-side for privacy. The rest of the boundaries are secured by a post and rail fence, opening to the fields beyond. There is a sunny patio area immediately outside the house, where there is an electric sun awning with remote control. In addition there is an exterior electrical socket, and side access round the property.

In front of the house, there are two allocated parking spots.

About the area

North Cadbury is a sought-after village set in picturesque countryside, which is typical of this area of South Somerset. Together with the neighbouring village of South Cadbury it enjoys a close community spirit with a thriving village store, active village hall, lively Church and two traditional public houses.
