This typical Tuscan farmhouse is located in the beautiful setting of the Crete Senesi, a 45-minute drive from Siena and about the same distance from the sea, an area made famous worldwide by the film "The English Patient."

The property, with land for about 11 hectares, 2 of which are fenced park, with a large swimming pool, a small lake and a splendid ruin of an ancient Medici mill, is divided into 3 units with independent entrances, structured within a large manor house, which also offers a large historic wine cellar.

The central part, structured on two levels, offers on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, a cozy traditional kitchen with access to the loggia, as well as a large pantry and a courtesy bathroom; on the back develops the laundry room.
On the second floor is the sleeping part with 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside.

The guest houses each have two rooms and living areas with kitchenettes, both very cozy and with panoramic views of the large park and swimming pool.

Also in the park, well-kept and flat for the most part, is a vegetable garden, as well as an olive grove with 600 trees in full production.

The town of Pienza is a 5-minute drive away and the whole property enjoys great privacy.
