You are welcomed to the tall white house by soaring pillars and a dramatic glass roofed entrance hall opening into a wonderful living area where a wall of windows pushes away to bring the terrace into the house.

The open plan living room has a full view of the gardens and pool, along with a fully-fitted, well-equipped kitchen, separate utility room and at the far end of the living room is a snug - a quiet zone, a kids’ playroom or tv room - closed off by a moving wall that slides away. The house has state of the art technology throughout with Sky Q, Sonos audio, WIFI, AC and underfloor heating to all zones. All 5 bedrooms provide en-suite shower rooms along with individual airconditioning.

A further staircase leads to the roof terrace offering panoramic views for cocktails after a busy day lounging in the sun or for star-gazing with a glass of wine; a tranquil escape.

Outside an 11m private pool provides a perfect cool down in the heat of the midday sun, and is heated throughout the winter for all year round use. The pool is childfriendly with no deep end and has a super-strong electric cover. It also has a long first step for playing or sunbathing.

The terrace is built for the sun with sun beds all round, outdoor dining tables, a shaded corner sofa and a BBQ; shady areas can also be found on the lawn.

The property is only a 2 minute drive to a fully stocked supermarket and a 4 minute drive to Santa Eulalia, a vibrant local marina town that buzzes in the summer but remains open during the winter too. Also within walking distance are beach restaurants, water sports, Nikki Beach, ME Hotel Ibiza, ferry trips, a wonderful asador (bbq restaurant) for great meats and another locals’ favourite, Can Pep Salvador, for a paella to eat there or to be brought home to enjoy.
