Kosharitsa

The village of Kosharitsa is located in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, at an altitude of 106 m, in the administrative area of Nesebar municipality. In recent years it has developed as a popular destination for the construction of summer holiday homes in the form of detached single-family villas, apartment buildings and entire closed complexes in their own fenced territory.

The village is preferred by many foreigners from all over the world and by many Bulgarians from the capital and other regions of the country, who choose Kosharitsa as their summer retreat during the warm months of the year. At the same time, the beautiful sandy beaches of Sunny Beach and the resort's endless entertainment options are nearby.

The village hall, the primary school "St. Ivan Rilski" and the church "St. Ivan Rilski" are also located there.

The village of Kosharitsa is served by a regular public transport bus line that connects it with the largest Bulgarian resort, Sunny Beach, and with the municipal centre of Nessebar, with 15 daily departures.
