Historic villa with vineyard and private chapel, in a beautiful panoramic position immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside, less than thirty minutes from Florence.
The property is one of the oldest in the area with the original layout consisting of a watchtower built in the ninth century; it consists of the main villa dating back to 1500, a guest apartment and a service apartment with independent entrance, a private chapel, large cellars, external outbuildings, including a barn in need of restoration, and land covering an area of 15.3 hectares, partly planted with vineyards and olive groves.
The manor house has a beautiful facade with a noble coat of arms and is on two main levels. From the garden we enter the ground floor and the beautiful living room with characteristic fireplace, a relaxation room with bathroom, a study, a dining room, a bedroom and the kitchen, which is also accessible from the inner courtyard. On the first floor we are greeted by a large room with billiards, connected to a bathroom in which we find an ancient stone arch, a master bedroom with bathroom, an additional bedroom with access to the charming loggia with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. On the same floor we find two more bedrooms and a room characterized by a ceiling with exposed beams, currently used as a sbratto room, but convertible into a studio or relaxation room. From the main living room it is possible to access the attic, perfect as a storage room.
Two independent entrances lead to the apartments: the first consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; the second, on two levels, consists of five rooms and two bathrooms.
The private chapel has access directly from outside and is enriched by original 19th-century decorations.
Prominent among the outbuildings is the characteristic barn on two levels, in need of renovation.
The large cellars consist of storerooms and service rooms such as the vat room, the orciaia, and the area dedicated to wine bottling.

The property is located southeast of Florence, just 9 km from the A1 highway entrance; Florence airport can be reached in 45 minutes, while in a few minutes we find the train station, stores, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and the shopping outlet "The Mall."
