To the first floor there is an entrance hall with WC, superb 25' kitchen/breakfast room with central island, utility room with access to the garage, 21' reception room, family room, study and shower room. The location is quite simply superb with Elmstead Woods and Bickley stations just 0.7 miles away. Bullers Wood schools for Boys and Girls are both just a short walk away and local shops can be found just around the corner on Chislehurst Road.

Some words from the owner:

What do you love about your home?
'It's a great family house for entertaining. We've had large marquees in the garden for 18ths and 21st birthday parties. All 4 bedrooms are large doubles. The house was previously 5 bedrooms with 2 singles but we altered the layout to suit our growing family at the time.'

Why are you selling?
'What can I say? We've lived here most of our married life and love this house - I just now accept that it is too big for just the two of us.'

What do you love about the area?
'Small quiet unadopted road - all 6 other properties were previously owned by retired people who had lived there for 30 odd years . These properties have since been sold over the last 3/4 years to younger professionals who have either rebuilt / redesigned or modernised these properties. The school does not allow parking in the lane for students or teachers and they police the road when events are going on for which we are notified beforehand.'
