From the garden the is a lovely outlook towards the surrounding fields on the east side of the property.

Although very much in the country the cottage is only a few minutes off the A82. The house is 22 miles from centre of Glasgow and about 14.6 miles to Glasgow Airport.

The property lies close to the Clyde Estuary and about 20 minutes from Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Dumbarton is 2.8 miles from the property and Helensburgh is about a 20 minute drive.
