I really like the location on a very quiet end of  cul-de-sac within a lovely family estate. It just means there is silence and on summers nights, no near by traffic noise. It also means you can enjoy nice evenings out in the back garden. The driveway is long (I have stated parking for two cars, but you might squeeze three) and has a garage, so lots of space for storage, hobbies or to extend into. It is a great family home.
