From Anghiari, there is a short journey of 2 km on regular roads before you reach the turn off that leads you up into the hills to reach Il Bagnolino. The journey beyond this point (about 7 km) is on well kept dirt roads that gradually narrow as you get closer to Il Bagnolino.  The farmhouse is reached by a short private road and gates, beyond which there is ample parking for cars.
