A well proportioned, semi detached family home with FOUR DOUBLE BEDROOMS, far reaching countryside views and plenty of scope to extend (subject to PP).

The dual aspect spacious lounge is a versatile living space with a large log burner with a tiled hearth and brick fireplace, which also fires the central heating. There are also double doors out the rear garden.
The kitchen/diner is a good size with plenty of worktops and storage units. Electric hob, integrated oven, space for a fridge/freezer and a side door to the garden. Off the kitchen is the utility room, with plenty of space for white goods and access to the ground floor w.c.

On the first floor, a long hallway separates the living accommodation, creating an additional sense of space. Bedroom one is a spacious double and looks over the neighbouring countryside. Bedroom two is another double bedroom and looks over the garden. Bedroom three is a small double or a spacious single bedroom and has far reaching southerly countryside views. Bedroom four is another double bedroom with a Velux window. The large family bathroom completes the first floor accommodation and contains a bath with shower attachment, pedestal wash basin w.c., and a large airing cupboard.

Outside: The garden is mainly laid to lawn, interspersed with trees and shrubs, wrapping round the property with the majority of the garden to the front and side of the house and backing onto fields. A large raised decking area is located to the side of the property, with access from the kitchen. A large patio, another useful entertaining space, is located to the rear with access from the lounge. Off road parking for two vehicles on a private driveway.

Solid fuel fired central heating with immersion water tank. Mains drainage. Council tax band: D.
