Great Glen is a very desirable village having an array of local amenities providing everything that you need, parks, sports clubs, bars, restaurants, a local Coop, and a the very best post office, along with excellent schools and a good bus route...what more could you want or need?
Downstairs
As you approach the house and enter into the spacious entrance area your eyes will already be taking in the attention to detail with the oak and glass staircase, the oak internal doors, which lead through to vast open plan lounge and kitchen area, a downstairs WC and an internal door though to the garage. As you step through to the lounge area you really will feel the "Wow" factor...I have never seen floor tiles of this size. There is underfloor heating throughout the downstairs so placing furniture is easy as you do not have any radiators to think about! Double bi-fold doors open to expose the serenity that you feel when taking in the views. It is open plan to a high quality, fully fitted kitchen with all of the appliances that you could wish for, along with polished stone work surfaces a "boiling water tap" and a waste disposal unit to the sink, integrated wine cooler and ample storage facilities either via drawers or pull out larder unit make it a great entertainers kitchen, you will be the envy of your guests! There are four skylight "Veluxe" windows that are remote controlled operated and they a re water sensitive, so will automatically close if you have left them open while you are out of the house. There are two large built in cupboards, one is currently used as a utility cupboard, housing a tumble dryer and plumbing for the washing machine, and one offering great space for hoovers, brooms etc. Overall the whole area is truly unique, and needs to be seen.

As you climb the modern, stylish stairs you will find four bedrooms, the master with an en-suite and of course, the family bathroom. The master bedroom sits to the rear elevation, so you really do enjoy the views form here, it is a good size double room, enjoying the en-suite facilities. The en-suite , like the rest of the house is fitted with high spec suite and a double walk in shower that is operated by the touch of a button. The further three bedrooms all offer good space for beds, and wardrobes, the second bedroom to the rear elevation and the third and fourth bedroom to the front elevation. The family bathroom, is again very stylish, with a modern contemporary stand alone bath providing a luxury feature.

This house has so many features that you would add to you r wish list, the plot that it sits on is high on that list. There is ample parking to the front driveway which in turn leads to the garage, have an electric roller door.
The rear garden can be accessed from the font drive and is a very special place in deed!
