We moved into this new build house on Cavendish Park in 2015 and our family have loved living here. From the tree lined entrance to the expanse of green space and children’s playground, the development is a beautiful place to live.

We particularly enjoy the large kitchen/dining area for entertaining, with the area opening up onto the garden which in the summer is covered in sunshine and isn’t overlooked by other houses. We’ve taken pleasure in hosting numerous Christmases and summer BBQs with friends, family and neighbours in this space and then retired to the large dual aspect living room in the evening.

Wokingham train station is only a 15 minute walk, and with Fox Hill, The Coombes and Ludgrove/The Gorrick Plantation there are some lovely spots on the doorstep to explore and get outdoors and can be followed with food and drink at the quintessential Ye Olde Leathern Bottel pub a five minute walk from the front door.

The house is in catchment for great schools, including the outstanding Ofsted rated Evendons Primary School which a lot of the children on the development attend.

Cavendish Park is a small development to the west of Wokingham built by Bewley Homes in the mid-2010s. Wokingham train station is under a mile away and the popular Ye Olde Leathern Bottel pub is just across the road.
