Mynydd Isa is a quiet and very popular little residential suburb nestled between Mold and Buckley, offering easy access to all the amenities you could ask for. It's a perfect area for a retiring, raising a new family or just for escaping the world after a busy day at the office.

Backing onto Mynydd Isa Community Remembrance Park and it's within a short walk, or crawl depending on the night, from the Griffin Pub! There's a children's play area and nursery close by, Sainsburys convenience store, which is exactly what It is less than 5 minutes walk away. This home is close enough to the main access road through the area, without being drowned out by noise from it.

To start out, this Bungalow has been completely refurbished inside and out. The gardens have been re-turfed and the facias have been rendered in a beautiful white finish with the frames lacquered in a stylish slate grey colour.

Internally it has had brand new flooring and skirting boards, all walls have been plastered and painted and the kitchen and bathroom have been completely refitted, there's even a new boiler. A lot of work has been put into this beautiful home to bring it forward into the modern day.

The Bungalow presents a large front lawn with a decorative border that is just ripe for a beautiful display, with the help of some green-fingers. A low level brick wall lays across the front of the garden and hedges along the borders, between the other properties, gives you the potential to make your garden stand out with little effort.

The Bungalow has gorgeous white rendering over redbrick with Slate grey window frames that showcase it all off. There is plenty of off road parking and a large area of lawn to the front, which could if so required, be turned into more parking spaces. But before you do, to the rear is more parking and, where the old dilapidated garage was, there is the concrete footprint at the end of your drive if you wanted to add another one.

The rear garden is big and would definitely benefit from adding a small deck or patio area. A wall marks the rear boundary between the house and the Community Remembrance Park, so if you have a little pooch that loves a good run around space, you could always add a gate into the back wall to give access through to it, as there was one originally!

Your front door to the Bungalow opens into a large and brightly lit porch and offers ample space to put coat racks, shoe trees and anything else you can think of. Finished with a quality oak effect flooring and a bright white décor, the porch looks liveable itself! This style of décor and finish is carried throughout the home.

The porch opens out into a generous sized hallway through elegant glass fronted double doors. The main hall is wide, spacious and brightly lit by the large windows in the porch.

To the right off the hall is the living room. With a massive window lighting the whole room, it feels open and welcoming. There is plenty of space for a three piece suite or one jumbo corner sofa and some arm chairs. It's perfect to settle in here for lovely movie nights or just a nice cup of tea and a book, whichever fits best!

On the left hand side of the hallway, your three bedrooms are lined up.

The first is the main bedroom, large enough for a generous sized double bed and with space to spare for more free standing furniture. It's well-lit by a mid-sized portrait window that overlooks the front garden.

The next bedroom along is the smallest of the three rooms, but when I say smallest, it's still a comfortable sized room. It's perfect for a single bed and furnishings but is more than capable of fitting a double bed, you could alternatively use this as an office or a dressing room, depending on your needs, obviously.

The third room in this home is about the same size as the front bedroom. With a west facing window it kept light throughout the day and is airy and comfortable. Overlooking the garden and the Community Park, this is a little nest of calm!

At the end of the hall and next to the rear bedroom is the bathroom. Finished with lovely grey wall tiles and white grout to accentuate them, late grey floor tiles and it is stylishly finished off with a bathtub an inbuilt shower, a lavatory and a vanity wash-hand unit. A frosted window helps to keep it nice and light and prevents any prying eyes from looking in (not that it's that kind of area )

Next to the bathroom is a handy cupboard for storage, ideal for the hoover or other brands which are available.

Last stop is the kitchen, as they say, save the best till last. Fitted with white tiles and a quality oak effect floor, all is beautifully contrasted by sage green cabinets and fixtures with pine style worktops. It comes with a brand new electric oven and induction hobs, the kitchen has been really been brought up to a beautiful level! The new boiler has been tucked away in a large storage cupboard just inside the back door of the kitchen. The space in the kitchen has been really well managed and leaves room for a table and chairs, so that you can enjoy this room for what it's meant for, and that's meal times!

All in all, this detached bungalow is ready to go straight out of the gate. It's in a prime location and requires no work doing to it, apart from you to move straight in! Fabulously refurbished throughout, with generous sized rooms, large gardens to the front and rear, backing onto a Community Remembrance Park, it's just perfectly located. With nearby shops and facilities just a few minutes walk, plus being minutes away to major access routes to Chester, Wrexham and the A55, you have an absolute gem of a home crying out for someone or a loving family to fill its walls with laughter and joy again.
