We downsized to our current home in 2018. Literally across the fields from Shinfield to Kingfisher Grove, our forever home or so we thought. When looking for something this house we viewed it and fell in love with the quiet and peaceful surroundings. An oasis of tranquility. The fact that it’s a cul de sac and doesn’t have any through traffic means it feels safe. It is safe. We have delightful neighbours. There is a bridal path in the way in to the road which stretches for miles across Berkshire and Hampshire.
Our health now means that with great sadness we have to move again to be nearer family.
Our wish is that any future family will enjoy our home as much as we have.

Where do we start! This home is immaculate inside and the sellers keep it so well and you can tell as soon as you walk in. You are greeted with a nice entrance, storage ad a cloakroom, to the right you have large glass double doors, that open up on to your kitchen/dining room. This space is superb, with a table that can extend and easily seat 12 people if not more! You have access out to the side of the home here too behind your gated parking, making the journey from the car with shopping an ease. At the rear of the home you have your lounge, bright and spacious leading on to the landscaped garden, which boasts side access to the garage as well as two shed with power.

Upstairs you have four bedrooms, uniquely all have built in wardrobes! not only do you have a family bathroom, en suite you also have a large landing, making it great for extra storage options and safe for a family. This home is genuinely superb from start to finish and you really must see it in person.

The Area View...
Three Mile Cross is great location, offering the best of both worlds here, you have some fantastic countryside walks so close by and you can easily forget you are just a few minutes from Reading town centre itself. You have various local amenities within the village and some popular schools, making it a great area for families. There are bus links including Mereoak Park and Ride taking you directly into Reading and you are so well connected with the A33 and junction 11 of the M4 on your doorstep and lets not forget how close you are to Green Park Business district, not only making this great for investment but you will also have the new train link here, making this location great for commuting too.
