Steps lead down from the dining room to the open plan living room with an outside terrace which provides access to the pool.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with Juliet balcony, A/C and overhead fan with an En-suite bathroom located just above the pool with a beautiful view over the island.

Cottage with separate entrance from the private road.

Entrance: up to Bedroom 1, double with En-suite shower, small shared balcony. Bedroom 2, also double with En-suite shower room. Steps down to Kitchen with electric hob, double sink, fridge and oven. A door leads to the garden. Steps down to Living room, with an outside dining terrace and pool.

There is also a powder room off the living room.

Bedroom 3: Lower level has a further double bed with En-suite.
