We felt that Letting needed an update. We are Landlords ourselves and couldn't find a Letting Agent that provided the service we wanted and at the price we found reasonable, so decided to create a business that provided exactly that.

We are a fresh take on what a Letting Agent should be; passionate, offering the confidence and convenience of modern technology with our App and linked up Maintenance, whilst retaining the personal touch which seems to be missing more and more in modern business.

The Team

Emma: "I have been involved in customer service for the vast majority of my working life.

I have spent a lot of time working in housing associations, as well as construction companies. My interest in property began when people close to me began to invest in property and the prospect no longer seemed so daunting. I bought my first Buy to Let property and moved on from there! I love to provide good customer service and as a landlord that means providing clean, safe homes for tenants and making sure I am approachable when they have any concerns or issues. As a letting agent it means making the process as simple and hands-off as possible for the landlord. The experience I have gained as a landlord and a tenant over the years stands me in good stead for this new venture that Craig and I have decided to embark on and I am excited for what lies ahead!"

Craig: "I have worked for twelve years in the Public Sector with extensive experience project managing at a national level, co-ordinating across key partner agencies including the Scottish Government and NHS as well as a background in Building Maintenance with lived experience of the complexities of the private rental sector. Clyde Arc is the Letting Agency I wished I could find when I bought my first Buy to Let, and it was important to me that when designing the product we only designed things that we ourselves would be willing to pay for."

We have introduced new and exciting options for Landlords. We offer unique fixed-price plans regardless of the landlord's property rental income/increases. Our plans include features such as RentProtect and Maintenance, covering the cost of compliance certificates and repairs.

Our plans focus on removing stress from the landlord. Our top tier plan is designed for Landlords who want to be hands off, but at a cost effective price. All our plans are unique, affordable and great value for money. We designed these Plans as Landlords, not as Letting Agents. We also offer excellent value tenant find services with comprehensive tenant referencing/vetting and credit checks for the more hands-on Landlords.
