TENANTS

DEPOSITS

We will require on or before the commencement of any let agreement, the equivalent of five weeks' rent together with one month's rent in advance. As the above funds must be ‘cleared funds' before the tenancy commences, we require payment direct into our account.



TENANCY AGREEMENT

All adults wishing to live at the property will be named on the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will provide for all persons under the tenancy to be joint and severally liable for the covenants contained therein. Adults who are not named on the tenancy Agreement jointly may not live in the property.
