This house is situated in a quiet location near Verteillac, there is a garden and a barn. There is an entrance hall leading to a fitted kitchen, cloakroom and shower room. The lounge is spacious with a feature fireplace and wood burner, the corridor leads to two bedrooms. Upstairs there is another bedroom and dressing area. Under the house is a summer kitchen with dining area. There is also a private parking area.
The house has oil central heating.
The barn is 100m2, there are some smaller outbuildings in the garden 1700m2 which is enclosed.
