Description

Dating back over two hundred years The Leap was originally two cottages and was the home for the cox for the Little Haven lifeboat. While the journey down to the village does not need to be as rapid for its current owners, this proximity to the beach is still a great selling point. Walking down the path from the gravel parking area, you arrive in the beautiful gardens that surround the property. The gardens are separated into several secluded and restful seating areas with mature planting that allow you to follow the sun throughout the day.

Entering the home through the bespoke stained glass front door, you arrive in the spacious sitting/dining room. This area looks out to the gardens at the front and has a door in the exposed stone wall leading into the central hallway. This central hall has doors to the bathroom, two bedrooms and an archway to the kitchen. The kitchen provides a great space with a large window and glazed double doors leading out to the garden. Opposite the kitchen, you find the well-appointed family bathroom which offers a lavatory, hand basin set in a vanity unit along with a bath with shower over it. Continuing down the central hall you reach the two double bedrooms in the home.

One to the front of the property enjoys views over the valley with the one to the rear having windows to two aspects along with its own shower. Externally, the gardens are a fantastic feature to the property and perfectly bring the inside entertaining space out to the good sized patio with its stone BBQ. The south facing gardens enjoy the sun throughout the day, with numerous seating areas to either enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. The village of Little Haven is a gem on the Pembrokeshire Coast. This small village boasts three pubs a café and shop and is a draw year round to visitors and a popular local community. The stony beach leads into a stunning stretch of sand at low tide which allows you to walk the full length of the beach to neighbouring Broad Haven.

The village enjoys some of the finest views of the stunning sunsets the west coast of Pembrokeshire offers, with the paved path leading up to The Point, offering the perfect vantage point. Properties in the village are popular and rare to the market, especially when they offer such fantastic accommodation as The Leap. Combining the dual charm of this character property with the appeal of this wonderful coastal community, The Leap is an opportunity too good to be missed.
