Description

An absolutely first class home in a terrific village setting, with a South facing garden and just a few minutes walk from the Open New Forest.

Balnain is a very impressive home which packs quite a punch. Quietly situated down a gravel no through road, this property is with walking distance of the local amenities as well as about 140,000 acres of the New Forest National Park - talk about Prime Location!

The house itself is fantastic, beautifully finished and styled leaving absolutely no areas of compromise. The heart of the home is the kitchen/dining room with in-frame units, high end integrated appliances, granite worktops and breakfast bar and French doors out onto the South facing terrace. There is a separate utility/boot room which is of course incredibly useful and a separate sitting room (again with French doors out onto the terrace).

Upstairs is also strong. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and luxurious ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower whilst the two other double bedrooms each have built-in storage and share a gorgeous shower room.

There is parking on the front drive for several vehicles, there is access each side of the house to the rear garden where here, there is a large terraced area (ideal for entertaining), and area laid to lawn, one shed and summerhouse. To the side of the house there is an undercover area with tap/shower for dog, Wellington boots/you name it!
A wonderful home...

Wellow is located about 5.5 miles from the centre of Romsey, which provides an extremely good range of amenities including leisure facilities, schools for all ages, both state and private, theatre and a good range of shops for everyday needs to include two supermarkets. The village itself offers two public houses, primary school, village hall and various shops.
