Description
The farmhouse of 440 sqm total area consists of the ancient medieval watchtower, two other units built later in the 19th century and the cellar. Divided on three levels including the tower, it is currently in need of restoration and consists of two communicating apartments with independent entrances on the east and west sides respectively, thanks to which it can be easily divided into two separate units. Entering on the ground floor the kitchen, the double living room with original stone arches, very bright thanks to the large windows in addition to two bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up the stairs you reach the second floor hosting the sleeping area consisting of a living room with a small balcony with panoramic views, a large hallway, a bedroom and a bathroom.
