It is a privileged location on the Mediterranean Sea, less than 15 minutes by car from Calpe and Moraira, only one hour by car from Valencia, half an hour from Alicante city and the international airport. The area combines the feeling of tranquility of the town of Altea with the cultural and gastronomic offer that the big cities offer.

The house is semi-detached on one side, but its architectural design makes it look like a completely independent house. The property has five bedrooms, two of them en suite, plus a third bathroom and a guest toilet.
