Currently housing two double beds and a large wardrobe, this room has more than enough space for bedroom furniture. We next come to the family bathroom. There is a large walk in shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC. The bathroom has tiled floor and walls throughout except for by the shower which has its own splash-back. The final room upstairs is the main bedroom. There is once again more than enough space for bedroom furniture and to the corner a wash hand basin. The main feature of this room is a door that accesses a balcony providing stunning estuary and sea views.  

THE OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is one allocated parking space but also enough room outside the conservatory to park a vehicle or have garden furniture.

The balcony that is accessed via the main bedroom has plenty of room for table and chairs and benefits from stunning sea and estuary views.
