What are the neighbours like?

I have seen many different neighbours, and there are only 9 homes around in that Mews, and it is very quiet, and they are very friendly. I have rented out this property to many A list celebrities before, and they found it a very safe place to live in.

What changes can you make on this property?

There are many ways you can change this property as it's a freehold house. Many years ago plans were conceived to open the house up so you could add another floor and a lovely roof terrace, and you can dig down if you want to create a cellar room.

You can of course, modernise the property and make it the way you want it.

What attracted you to this specific house and location and what made you choose this property over the others that were available?

Over 30 years ago I was looking for an apartment but was surprised to get a whole freehold house in St John's Wood. It is very secure, safe, secluded, and near many amenities and schools, especially the American school in London.

What would you like to tell parents about the benefits of raising children here?

It is a gated mews, and you have the front of the Mews which you can let your children play outside; you also have many top schools nearby.

How convenient is it to commute from here?

There are six equidistant stations and endless bus routes nearby which you can take. You can also park your car in front of the Mews or in the additional secure parking space.

What's your favourite room and why?

The main bedroom is incredibly quiet and spacious!

What do you love about the local community and what amenities are nearby?

Moving in and going out the door 24 hours a day for anything I need without a car. Every type of restaurant or shop you need is a one-minute walk away from the property.

Why have you decided to move on?

I'm going on to a different chapter, but my time has been wonderful. We all know and help each other after 32 years my life has moved on.
