THE PROPERTY A two-bedroom holiday lodge in the popular village of Shaldon. The lodge is located on the popular Coast View site. The property has beautiful sea views and a number of on-site amenities. The amenities include a swimming pool, gym, cafe, and access to the Shaldon pitch and putt golf course.

The lodge itself features a large private decked area with stunning sea views. There are two double bedrooms available, each with enough space for bedroom furniture. The lodge's living area is large and open-plan. The kitchen is located along the front wall and features a variety of matching wall and floor units with a work surface above. There is an integrated stainless steel washbasin and drainer, as well as plenty of space for the fridge, freezer, oven and hob. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for a table and chairs, and the lounge area is located at the opposite end of the room. This is an excellent area for relaxing while admiring the view through the patio doors. The final room within the lodge is the bathroom. The bathroom is a little dated but consists of a corner shower cubicle, low level WC and a wash hand basin.
