Much of the character of the cottage has been retained with the oak beams throughout; you may need to watch your head going up the stairs if you are tall!!

From the A449 at the Mitre Oak pub/ Stourport junction turn left onto the Stourport Road. Lincomb Lane will be on your left handside. Proceed along the single track country lane to where the lane goes round to the right, and the entrance to Lincomb Farm & Equestrian Centre is on your right. Take this driveway but do not turn right into the farmyard - instead the cottage will be seen straight ahead, with parking just beyond .
