Sweethaws Wood won a 2014 RIBA South East Region and RIBA National Award and a 2014 Structural Steel Design Awards Commendation. The gardens and grounds extend to around 20 acres which is mainly beautiful woodland a haven for wildlife.


The property is situated around 2.5 miles from Crowborough which provides train services to London Bridge from 1 hour, Frant (10 miles) London Bridge from 52 minutes and Tunbridge Wells (8.5 miles) London Bridge from 47 minutes. There are a number of excellent schools in the area, which include but are not limited to, Brambletye, Cumnor House, Mayfield, Holmewood House, Tonbridge School, Bede's Prep School, Eastbourne College, Ardingly, Hurst and Brighton College. Tunbridge Wells has fantastic Grammar Schools as well, including Tunbridge Wells Girls' and Tunbridge Wells Boys' as well as The Skinners' School.
