The owners operate a successful cattery from the property. There are a total of 29 pens, with the owners currently having a licence for up to 50 cats onsite. The current owners bought the property with the business already established and have since entirely refurbished all the pens, which are individually heated and all in excellent condition. There is also a detached office for the business where the animals can check in and also a new cat 'kitchen' where the business stores food and necessary items.
