This detached villa is a child friendly family villa, as the pool is screened off from by railings on the patio. The pool is 5x 12 metres but is shallow all the way round on the edge, and from the Roman steps it increases in depth in the middle to just under a metre and then 2 metres from the end. On the patio is a covered pool table.

The Villa itself has 4 double bedrooms with two en-suites and a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

It has a moderate size living area with an L shaped settee-suite around 3 years old. Next to it is a dining area which has a large table which can accommodate 8 people. In there is a drinks fridge. this is the ideal area to entertain family and friends. Next to the dining area is the fourth bedroom which has patio doors that opens to the outside area.

The kitchen area is large with a recently purchased freezer/fridge and dishwasher. Under the sink is a reverse osmosis plant which gives healthy drinking water. Next to the sink is a utility and storage room with a new washing machine. The kitchen is spacious and has a lot of room for storage.

Outside from the utility room is a small garden area with mature Lemon and Grapefruit trees as well as Kumquat, and orange trees. Round the corner in the front near the BBQ is an Apple tree. Also round the back is the boiler house for the Chappee oil fired boiler which is perfect to warm up the property during those cold winter nights. On the side of the boiler house is the Solar Edge control unit for the 11 solar panels on the roof which powers the electricity and heats the swimming pool. There is a polypropylene bubble sheet on a roller which fixes to the end of the pool when one wants to keep the heat in the pool overnight. 

Upstairs are the 3 main double bedrooms, two with en-suite and family bathroom all have good built-in storage units and more on the landing. These bedrooms lead out to the spacious balcony which have part sea views, here you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
