College Green is a quiet cul-de-sac near the heart of Crystal Palace, located only 0.3 mi from The Triangle; it’s adjacent to Westow Park and moments from the expansive Upper Norwood Rec, so there’s plenty of greenery nearby, and you are still within easy reach of the best that Crystal Palace has to offer.
The house has been recently refurbished, including a new kitchen, bathroom & flooring throughout. The space is generous and well laid out; there’s an open-plan kitchen/diner and a separate reception room, both of which have a south-facing aspect and overlook (and give access to) the garden.

The garden is surprisingly private and has a very fortunate south-facing aspect, it is super easy to maintain as has a lawn and patio. There’s parking bays available on the other side of the green just outside the front of the house.
