The local area is unrivalled in the breadth of offer. Predominately this development offers the most beautiful panoramic views of uninterrupted seascape and also looks over to the South Downs. All that Brighton and Hove has to offer is on the doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are excellent and extremely professional. Any issues I have had are really minor and yet have been dealt with immediately and with the absolute minimum of fuss. Really an aspect to highly recommend here at Hove Central.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had know of it's existence before now. There is nothing negative to remark on. It really is the way to live in this modern day.

Its very friendly for such a large development. Everyone says hello and good morming whcih makes it a great place to live

The development is well connected with transport and easily accessible from major routes. The beach and Hove centre are within a 15 minute walk. Good selection of local supermarkets and smaller shops.

Super attentive and always on hand to respond as quickly as they can.

Reporting an issue for maintenance get resolved and they are always very helpful

Knew more about amenity bookings as they do get quite booked.

There is no bad aspects of living at Hove Central/Hove in general, it has local restaurants/bars/schools/lots of supermarkets!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any issues personally since being here but anything int the communal area's that have issues they keep us updated.
