The living room has two large oak framed windows, again with window seats incorporated, to two elevations, ceiling light, picture rail, two radiators, power points and forming a central feature is a stone fireplace with solid fuel grate, quarry tiled hearth and mantel above fitted fitted oak cupboard to the side of the chimney breast. The dining room, originally designed as the second bedroom, has an oak window and seat overlooking the rear garden, ceiling light, picture rail, radiator, power points and recess to the original chimney and oak fitted cupboards to the side. The kitchen has a high vaulted ceiling with Velux style window and comprises a range of matching base and wall cupboard, wooden work surfaces with inset sink, tiled splash backs, planned space for cooker and further space for upright fridge freezer, power points, radiator, oak framed window to the rear and houses in the kitchen is the oil fired central heating boiler. A fitted cupboard in the kitchen has the hot water cylinder and shelving. A door from the kitchen leads through to a rear hallway/utility with ceiling lighting, radiator, tiled flooring, fitted shelving, plumbing for washing machine and glazed door to the rear/front elevation. A further glazed door leads to a further hallway with external door to the rear garden and parking. The bathroom is located off the rear hallway and comprises a panelled bath with mixer tap with shower attachment, low flush w/c and hand wash basin with fitted cupboard below. There is tiling to all walls, towel radiator, separate electric wall mounted fan heater, ceiling light and double glazed window.
