Orchard Row is a terrace of houses in the Abbey Park development just to the south of St Andrews Cathedral. The property is within the boundary of the traditional town centre. The East Sands Beach and St Andrews Harbour are close by and the property is well placed for the university and all the facilities in the centre of St Andrews.

St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf.
