From Launceston Town Centre proceed along Western Road towards Pennygillam roundabout. Take the third left hand exit signposted towards South Petherwin heading south along the B3254. Continue for several miles passing through the village of South Petherwin, over the River Inny at Trekelland Bridge until reaching Congdons Shop crossroads. Proceed straight ahead towards Liskeard continuing for a mile or so passing the right hand turning at Way Cross to North Hill proceeding down the hill until reaching Berrio Bridge. Continue over the bridge and the property will be identified on the right hand side.
