Description
Off the front reception room you will find the rear reception room which also houses the downstairs w.c. and shower room. There is useful access to the rear garden from this room as well.
Then we come to the amazing eat in kitchen with sliding doors leading out to the rear garden that has a plumbed in American style fridge/freezer, double hob and copious amounts of cupboard storage at both eye and base level with a large island in the middle.
To the first floor you will find four bedrooms one of which is kitted out as a study and the other three are all doubles. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. A spacious family bathroom not only contains a bath but also a walk in shower.
Outside to the front there is ample off road parking and side access to the rear garden.
The rear garden is delightful. A side gate is in situ for outdoor access and you will find a good sized garden shed, patio area with access to the dining room and kitchen/breakfast room and then there is a decked area in front of the impressive 4m x 5m Summer House/bar. This outdoor room has power and is really an impressive addition to this lovely property.
Robins Grove Crescent is centrally located in the small town of Yateley. Being a crescent there is little through traffic and plenty of green spaces nearby including Yateley Green. A short walk will find local shops and across The Green you will find a couple of decent pubs which serve food and a range of beers.
There are a range of shops locally including three chemists, several newsagents and cafes. Waitrose supermarket and the doctors surgery are all a short drive away.
For schools you have Westfields Infants and Juniors as well as Yateley Secondary and 6th Form all within walking distance.
Yateley is surrounded by common land and provides great walks, bridleways and allocated play areas plus there are two activity lakes that attract dog walkers and sailors.
The M3 which gives access to West London and the South West is a short drive away with the M4 providing access to West London a little further.
Blackwater and Sandhurst both provide stations giving access to Reading and Gatwick.
As a small town Yateley provides numerous clubs for its residents including Hockey, Cricket and Football. A public nine hole golf course with its' Bistro is a popular meeting place.
