Foxhole is approximately five miles from St Austell and St Austell itself offers further schooling, shopping and leisure facilities together with a main line railway station. Proceed out of St Austell via South Street down to the A390 and turn along Penwinnick Road. Take the second turning off to the right as signposted towards Newquay. Proceed along this road passing the villages of Trewoon, Lanjeth and High Street and then turn right as signposted to Foxhole. Continue into Foxhole past the village shop/sub post office, which is on the right hand side, after the shop turn right into Fortescue Close. The road bears around to the right and where the property can be found at the far end on the left hand side.
