5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s great being so close to Temple Meads station, having the Sainsbury’s local store handy and lots of coffee shops . Walking in to the centre is easy through Castle Park. Parking for visitors is a bit of a challenge though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very speedily and efficiently. Bulbs changed without fuss
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Positives: Very central location and easy to around the city from there, 10 min walk to the main shopping centre and 5 min walk to the main train station. Cons: There can be a lot of homelessness in the area Offices across the road cause a lot of light pollution in the night
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had to raise any issues as of yet but the staff are fast to respond to queries
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartments are surprisingly well sound proofed, you won't hear anyone else on the floor unless they small their doors which will vibrate the entire flat.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Box Maker Yard is in a nice downtown neighbourhood that's quiet and near the waterfront. There are two local convenience stores, larger supermarkets require a short walk or bus ride. Bristol Mead train station is a stones through away as are several bus lines. There are many local restaurants and a food market on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Secure parking is available under the building at extra charge and there are even electric car chargers.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and efficiently. All requested changes were completed before moving in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The person who handled my viewing couldn't have been more informative or helpful. He made the move in process easier that it otherwise could have been.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the biggest advantages is how convenient everything is. There’s a great range of independent cafes, restaurants and bars within a short walk, especially around Old Market and along the riverside. There's a Sainsbury’s Local nearby for everyday bits, and Cabot Circus and the main shopping areas are about 10–15 minutes on foot, so I rarely need to travel far for anything. Transport links are excellent. Temple Meads Station is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, which makes commuting or travelling elsewhere really easy. There are regular buses nearby and the city centre is within walking distance, so it’s very well connected even without a car. Living on the street itself feels safe and fairly calm considering it’s so central. The development has underground resident parking, which is convenient, although visitor parking is non-existent. Bin collections are generally well managed. There is some background noise from wind and commuters in peak hours, but it’s typical city-centre noise rather than anything disruptive. Overall, it’s a lively but comfortable place to live, with everything I need close by and strong transport connections.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any issues to report so far, so yet to experience this.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have lived in a similar building in Cardiff so I already knew what to expect, no surprises there!

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great central location with access to lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, great public transport links (bus, train, cycling), big plus that there is (paid) onsite car parking in a locked underground garage, quiet area at night and during the weekend despite being close to offices.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, promptly and efficiently, using the app to raise the repair was simple and straightforward.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is a hidden storage space under the bathroom sink that opens via a push to open latch that is integrated and we only discovered by mistake so it would be nice to be told about it
