Situation
Ridgeway Lodge is situated at the end of a no-through lane in the desirable edge of village location of West Adderbury. The Accommodation
Ridgeway Lodge, completed in 2020, is a spacious Hornton stone home situated in a private position on the western side of the village and enjoys rural views including stunning sunsets. Outside
Both properties are approached via an automatic five bar gate to a hardstanding parking area with space for several cars. The gardens are south facing and comprise principally of lawns with some raised vegetable beds and a range fruit/vegetable cage. At the far end, is a slow flowing stream with ponds and bridges over leading to two concrete former garages. There is also access to the former railway embankment. Adjacent to the house is a west facing terrace which enjoys field views and sunsets.
