We have loved having this house as our home since the mid seventies and cherish it for the memories it holds, however, it is now time to move to pastures new for our retirement. We know the bathroom and kitchen need replacing but would rather that the new owner/s have the opportunity to create for themselves their cherished home in the style that is right for them.
