On the first floor are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have fitted wardrobes, 2 shower rooms (both ensuite) and a family bathroom.
OUTSIDE
To the front of Lantern Lodge is a garden, driveway parking and access to the double garage with electronically opening doors. The rear garden is fenced and laid to lawn with paved areas, mature trees, shrubs and plants. There is a useful timber garden shed.
DIRECTIONS
From the Broadway office proceed up the High Street to the mini roundabout and turn left onto Leamington Road. Take your next left hand turning into Bloxham Road and turn left again into Morris Road. Follow the road right to the end where you will see a sign for the private road Meadow Orchard. Bear to the right past the period property and you will see Lantern Lodge on the right-hand side identified by a name plate.
Broadway is well known as one of the most lovely of the Cotswold centres, yet it also has the advantage of excellent facilities including a supermarket, chemist, post office, butcher, delicatessen, dentist, optician, vets, churches, library and medical centre. In addition there is an extensive range of cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops, as well as health and leisure facilities in the village and surrounding areas. The larger cultural and shopping centres for the area are Cheltenham (16.7 miles) and Stratford-upon Avon (14.7 miles). There is a mainline train station to London/ Paddington at Honeybourne (5.4 miles), Evesham (6.2 miles) and Moreton-in-Marsh (9.5 miles) scheduled time approximately 90 minutes.
