Description
GENERAL
Llanreath was a riverside hamlet to the west side of Pembroke Dock. However, it is now attached to the town. Boats can be launched from the shingle beach to the Milford Haven Waterway/Cleddau Estuary which provides 20 miles or so of navigable water. Other nearby amenities include South Pembrokeshire Golf Course and South Pembrokeshire Hospital. Easy access can be gained to the schools and shops including supermarkets etc.
Baradwys is spacious and versatile. It would be ideal for a large/growing family - perhaps an extended or multi-generation one. Almost all of the principal rooms face south and have delightful views over the golf course and or waterway/estuary etc. Baradwys is currently being informally used two Flats and, subject to consent, it has various development potential e.g. perhaps conversion into Houses.
The Grounds extend to approx 0.75 Acre or thereabouts (tbc). They slope down southwards from the front to the rear but are tiered to form several sections.
