Description
The bungalow was built in the late 1960's and is set on a spacious plot with a generously sized garden and beautiful views. There is scope to update the property decoratively or to extend subject to planning.
Enter the bungalow into a spacious HALLWAY, from which all rooms are accessible. The SITTING ROOM at the front of the property is a generous, light-filled space that was previously open to the adjacent dining room. Reopening it by removing the partition wall should be straightforward if required. The modern and bright KITCHEN at the back of the property offers lovely garden views and features ample storage, an integrated fridge/freezer, eye-level electric oven, and electric hob. The kitchen opens to the DINING ROOM and leads to a very useful UTILITY ROOM, which provides additional storage, space and plumbing for a washing machine, along with access to the garden.
All the bedrooms are accessed from the hallway, including the PRINCIPAL DOUBLE BEDROOM, which features built-in wardrobes. BEDROOM TWO and BEDROOM THREE are both smaller double bedrooms, perfect for guests, teenagers or smaller children. The bright FAMILY BATHROOM has a modern white suite, including a bath with a shower over it, a wash hand basin with a built-in vanity cupboard, and a W.C.
Stairs rise to the first floor, leading to a small landing area and a spacious loft that the owner currently uses as a home office. On the other side of the landing, a door accesses an additional large loft area, ideal for storage.
Several properties in College Arms Close have been extended, and there may be an opportunity to do so here, subject to the appropriate permissions.
Outside
To the front of the property is a lawned front garden, a driveway offering ample parking, a carport, and a GARAGE. The rear garden is a great size, ideal for entertaining, gardening, and growing vegetables. There is a patio area directly outside the house, a large lawn area with a storage shed, a pergola, and access to the garage. A gated area leads to an additional garden space, currently left wild, which could be used for vegetables, further storage, or as a great location for a home office or studio.
