A block paved drive has parking for four cars and leads to an attached single garage with an electric up and over door. Wrought iron railings and a low wall border the front garden which has flower and shrub borders, and outdoor electrical sockets. The secluded rear garden has a hexagonal stone terrace with brick edging and a second terrace with an archway to a lawn and a further seating area at the bottom of the garden. Mature herbaceous borders have a selection of trees including an olive and a ceanothus.

Spinney Hill is 3 miles from Northampton town centre and has many shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Abington Park, approximately 1 mile away, has lakes, aviaries, and a museum. Parklands primary school is under a mile away and Northampton School for Boys is 2 miles away.
