I liked the quiet location, with country walks nearby. 
The location was also good, with easy access to the A21 and the M25, but not actually on a busy road, whilst having the feeling of being in the country.

Completely refurbished the  en-suite bathroom.
Added new double- glazed windows throughout.
Increased the loft insulation and boarded the loft. 
Gas boiler replaced.
Fitted wardrobes installed in 2 front bedrooms.
In the garden - a new shed and greenhouse were installed and the pond made. 
The crumbling front wall was replaced with the current wooden Jakwall. 

3. What have you enjoyed about living there ?

Great location.
Feeling of being in the countryside but not isolated and cut off from facilities.
Nice friendly neighbours.
